– Recipe from my superchef of an aunt Nayana Shetty….:)
Ingredients:Fresh black grapes———1/2 kg Seedless
Soaked sabja seeds or falooda seeds——–1/4tsp
Chat masala optional——–pinchMethod:1.Soak the grapes and little salt&1 tsp vinegar in cold water filled bowl for 2 minutes.
2. Wash and rinse well
3.Put the grapes in to blender along with ice cubes and blend to a smooth paste.
4.Strain with strainer using little cold water.
5 .Add soaked sabja seeds, chat masala(optional) serve chilled.
