Take beetroot as a food, salad or juice on a daily basis to get effective results in no time at all. You can also combine  beetroot with carrot juice, alfalfa juice, lettuce juice and spinach juice.

To make coconut milk at home, follow the given steps:

  • Take a fresh coconut and grate it
  • Take water in a pan and add the grated coconut
  • Grind it together in a mixie or blender
  • Strain the liquid into a clean container

Now, take the strained fluid and then apply on the scalp mildly massage the scalp with it .Leave it on for 20 minutes before washing it off with a mild herbal shampoo

3: Licorice Root:

Licorice Root is also used as a natural treatment against hair loss and baldness. It acts as a strong anti-dandruff agent as it eliminates scalp irritation, dandruff flakes, and opens the pores for regrowth of hair.

  • Mix ¼ tsp of saffron and 1 tsp of round Licorice with 1 cup of milk in a blender
  • Now, apply the mixture on the bald area and scalp before going to bed
  • Wash your hair next morning with a mild shampoo
  • Repeat the process 1-2 times a week for best results

4: Aloevera:
